He Knows Your Name

There was a friendly conversation between a father and his son, Bell. Father said to Bell, “Son tell me your name.” Bell refused to tell his father his name. He gave a condition under which he would say his name. Then the son ran to hide at the back of the bathroom door. The whole house belongs to the father and there is no place in the house that is not known to him. “Son, you don’t have a hiding place in this house”, said the father, “I know every nook and cranny of this house, and before you were born, I already knew what name I would give you. Son, I know your name.”
Do you know that Bell’s attitude to his father is similar to how we behave to our heavenly Father? God is our creator. We did not create ourselves. Many people today live as if they are the creator and the center of their own little world.
Do you know that the Almighty God, the creator of the heaven and earth, the invisible and powerful God, created your inmost being and knitted every part of you together in your mother’s womb. He knows when you sit and when you rise, he knows your thoughts from afar. He knows about your going out and lying down. He is familiar with all your ways. Before a word is out of your mouth, he knows it completely. Do you know God is omnipresent-present everywhere. Therefore, you cannot hide from his presence. Knowing that there is no darkness before God, you must stop hiding your sins and stop running away from him. Stop giving excuses for why you have not surrendered your all to him.
Run to him today with all your burdens and yokes, come to him as a penitent sinner and in repentance. Confess your sins and surrender your life to him. Accept him as your personal lord and savior. Let him take charge or your life. Allow him to lead, quicken and direct you as from today
The Bible says, “Seek the Lord while he may be found; call on him while he is near. Let the wicked forsake his way and the evil man his thoughts. Let him turn to the lord and he will have mercy on him, and to our God, for he will freely pardon.” (Isaiah 55:6-7) NIV
Seek God now, while you can, before it is too late. Pull down now all erected barrier between you and your God. He calls your name, answer him now with reference and confess your sins to him. He will abundantly pardon you.
Pray this prayer:
Father, I have sinned against you. I confess all my sins to you. Forgive me and have mercy on me. I accept Jesus your only begotten son as my Lord and savior. Give me the grace to follow Jesus all the days of my life. In Jesus name (Amen).

Our father knows our name and knows the very purpose for which he created us. Father have mercy on us, for we have ignorantly trusted in ourselves, instead of trusting in you, the creator of life and destiny. Lord, please show us how to follow your lead. Amen.
Thank you, our daddy in the Lord, for the message.
